EAGLE NICE<02368> - Amendment to Results Announcement (Advised by EAGLE NICE)

The Stock Exchange has received a message from Eagle Nice
(International) Holdings Limited which is reproduced as follows:-

"With reference to the results announcement form submitted to the Exchange 
on 18/7/2006, due to typing error, the finance cost for the last 
corresponding period from 1/4/2004 to 31/3/2005 should be HK$(189,000) 
instead of "N/A". "
