EAGLE NICE<02368> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Eagle Nice (International) Holdings Limited (the
"Company"), trading in its shares will be suspended with effect from
9:30 a.m. today (4/3/2005) pending the release of an announcement in 
relation to a placing of existing shares of the Company by its controlling 
shareholder.
