EAGLE NICE<02368> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Eagle Nice (International) Holdings Limited (the
"Company"), trading in its shares has been suspended with effect from
9:30 a.m. today (4/10/2004) pending an announcement in relation to a 
connected transaction of the Company involving a proposed variation 
of the terms of the convertible note issued to a controlling shareholder 
of the Company.
